Homewood Suites by Hilton Tallahassee

My reservation was booked as a part of a group and I did not get the room type I requested. I arrived in the middle of the night and Jonathan was super-friendly and instrumental in contacting the manager about my concerns. This meant alot to me because his assistance was not required, as the room selection oversight was not due to any error by the hotel. He was pretty hopeful things would work out in my favor as he was going to leave a very detailed message for the manager. I was requesting a room change during a very busy/sold out weekend. The next morning before I could wake-up good, Charlene called to further assist with the change....and when she called she even offered me a selection with the room types. This type of customer service and attentiveness made me feel special and appreciated as a Hilton Rewards Member. It made for a great trip! Special thanks also to Manager Ashley who approved and finalized my move. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was extremely polite and had a willingness to make our stay pleasant. And the breakfast was very tasty and fulfilling. I definitely plan on staying at this hotel again. :)

Nice people, clean rooms. Standard breakfast fare, so bring your own out skip it if you want something healthy. Very noisy. They were having a revival church thing there over the weekend from around 9 am to 9 pm while we were there. Music carried through the lobby and thumping bass carried up into the rooms on the 4 th floor into the night. Difficult to relax or work there.

We stay at Hilton products all over the country and it is people that make the difference! Tiara in the kitchen was fantastic! Everything was spotless and nicely displayed. She did not sit down, always cleaning and prepping. Please give her a BIG KUDOS as it is unusual to find good people that actually care about their job. Thank you, it was a pleasant stay.

The location isn't great if you're visiting FSU, but the rooms are terrific, and the staff is first-rate – EXCEPT FOR THE NIGHT MANAGER! Warning: if you drive an EV, book a different hotel! I stayed at a local Marriott property a few months ago. When I asked the hotel manager if they had EV chargers (which they didn't) or a simple 110 outlet I could use for my car, the Marriott manager walked the hotel perimeter with me, found an outlet, and even lent me an extension cord. But NOT here. At this hotel, I found 110 outlets on my own, but the manager instructed the staff that if I used any of the outlets, my car would be towed! This manager needs a course in customer service!

We are grandparents traveling with two thirteen year old grandchildren, one girl and a boy, cousins. This hotel had a two bedroom suite, two queens and a king, with a bathroom in each bedroom. In the middle is a living/dining area. Three tvs. Perfect for some family separation. Very quiet, didn’t hear a thing last night. We are just a few miles from Tallahassee Center and government, right on Apalachee Parkway. The location is convenient, but Apalachee Parkway is very busy at times, making getting in and out of the property tricky. The staff has been great, free breakfast very nice.
